The Racquet Club of Irvine (RCI), a long-standing recreational hub at 5 Ethel Coplen Way, is undergoing a major transformation, with a brand-new restaurant at the heart. A notice on the facility’s website explains that the dining facility will be completely updated.
“We are working hard remodeling RCI to make it the Premier Club in Orange County. Our new restaurant is currently under construction,” it states. In addition, the club’s main building will be reconstructed with a new Pro Shop and weight room.
