Los Angeles County Metropolitan Authority’s (Metro) bus ridership is in a freefall amid federal immigration enforcement activities taking place across Los Angeles County.
It is being reported that federal agents were detaining commuters at bus stops in Pasadena which is a mode of transportation used by immigrants, according to the LA Times.
According to Metro officials, there has been a 10% to 15% decline in bus and rail ridership since immigration enforcement activities began.
