A local resident has reported a disturbing incident that occurred this morning around 8:35am. While tending to her garden, she was approached by an older man who requested help to jump-start his car. However, the man’s behavior quickly escalated from seemingly innocent to inappropriate and potentially threatening. The man, described as an older Vietnamese gentleman, made unsolicited comments about the woman’s appearance and asked about her marital status. Despite being confronted about his inappropriate behavior, he continued to follow the woman.
