INGLEWOOD – The Inglewood City Council will hold a public hearing on Dec. 16 to raise businesses and residents water bills after voting to raise trash rates on Nov. 25 citing a rate increase from West Basin Municipal Water District (wholesaler) who the City (retailer) buys water from.
Inglewood Councilwoman Gloria Gray is a voting member of both the Inglewood City Council AND West Basin Municipal Water District. On June 24, 2024, Gray attended the Board of Director’s meeting. Before the vote, Gray was specifically asked if she had any questions on the budget and she replied “NO”.
