A Long Beach man and his wife have been charged with torturing and killing his 14-month-old daughter last month, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office announced on Tuesday.
The charges against Alfredo Muñoz Jr., 40, and Kelly Anelalani Muñoz, 34, were filed on Monday, which was Kelly Muñoz’s birthday, according to details provided by the DA’s Office.
