A 40-year-old woman was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver in Panorama City Friday.
The suspect was entering a shopping center between Arminta Street and Blythe Street from Van Nuys Boulevard when they struck the pedestrian around 4:55 a.m., according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
