Four Los Angeles County residents are ringing in the new year as newly minted millionaires after purchasing winning California Lottery Scratchers tickets at neighborhood stores in Gardena, Downey, Maywood and Inglewood, organizers said Thursday.
The California Lottery announced that five $1 million Scratchers prizes were recently claimed in Southern California, including four sold in Los Angeles County.
