An ordinance restricting the sale and distribution of nitrous oxide was approved by the Garden Grove City Council on Tuesday night.
The vote on the second and final vote and adoption was 7-0.
This new law takes effect 30 days after adoption. It will restrict the use and possession of nitrous oxide to professional uses such as a mild sedative for medical and dental uses, certain foods (such as whipped cream) and some auto racing purposes…
