LONG BEACH – A Long Beach man who allegedly intentionally ran over and killed his 89-year-old father with a vehicle was charged Tuesday with murder.
Robert Daniel Porter, 50, was scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday afternoon in a Long Beach courtroom, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.
