Father charged with crime over sons’ e-motorcycle use

The father of two boys involved in several incidents of illegal operation of off-highway electric motorcycles on city streets in Huntington Beach has been charged by the Orange County District Attorney with child endangerment and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

According to the HBPD, the three incidents took place between September and November 2025 and involved the same Talaria Sting MX-4 e-motorcycle, which are not legal to operate on public roadways.
