The 5,000-square-foot ReCharge by Gelson’s is part of Rove EV charging center
Gelson’s Markets will open its second ReCharge by Gelson’s micro-market store in Costa Mesa, Calif., on April 8. The store will open as part of a new Rove full-service electric vehicle charging center.
The new 5,384-square-foot store located on Harbor Boulevard in Costa Mesa will offer fresh produce and everyday essentials such as bread, pasta, beverages and snacks, the company said. It will also feature hot foodservice items including breakfast burritos and sandwiches, as well as small bites like chicken wings, chicken tenders, pizza, hot dogs and soups.
Beyond the ReCharge by Gelson’s, the Rove charging center will offer drivers of electric vehicles 40 DC fast chargers, a lit shade canopy, onsite staff during peak hours, an indoor lounge, free Wi-Fi, nighttime security and restrooms…
