Rain chances will be picking up at the end of the week and continuing into the weekend as a cold front approaches the area. Temperatures will remain near to below average for this time of year as well.
Out the door this morning is warm and muggy. Temperatures are already in the upper 60s to lower 70s. Another round of mainly pop-up showers and storms are back starting in the early afternoon. It won’t rain everywhere, and what we do see won’t last long at any one area, but locally heavy rain can be expected. Aside from any wet weather expect it to be warm and humid once again with highs in the mid 80s.
