MARSHALL COUNTY, Ala — A coach and teacher at Asbury High School has been terminated following an investigation into allegations of an inappropriate relationship with a student, a Marshall County Schools spokesperson confirmed to FOX54 on Thursday.
The termination of Kyle Rusk comes after the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office closed its investigation into the matter, determining the probe did not support criminal charges.
