A lawsuit filed by a Decatur man in connection with the fatal shooting of Steve Perkins in 2023, is now headed back to the Morgan County Circuit Court.
The lawsuit was filed by Justin Shepherd, the neighbor of Perkins who was fatally shot by former Decatur Police officer Mac Bailey Marquette in 2023. Read more about the shooting HERE.
