HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) – The family of the man killed by former Huntsville Police Officer William Darby is requesting that a federal appeals court judge dismiss Darby’s appeal.
According to court documents, the family of Jeffrey Parker is suing Darby for wrongful death and excessive force claims. They are also suing the City of Huntsville.
