MADISON COUNTY, Ala. (WAFF) – Drivers in Madison County should avoid Wall Triana Highway just south of Yarbrough Road after part of the road began collapsing over a culvert, according to Madison County Commissioner Phil Vandiver.
Vandiver said crews plan to remove damaged asphalt Wednesday afternoon and fill the area with gravel to make the roadway safe to travel. He noted the repair will be passable but “will not be smooth.”
