The Huntsville City Council approved a more than $2.3 million contract to build a 450-space parking lot for the $13.2 million Ditto Landing Event Center.
The parking lot is the city’s contribution to the project. The Madison County Commission is building the event center along the Tennessee River. The construction is nearing completion on the event center.
