Madison County Sheriff’s Office investigating ‘sudden’ inmate death

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) – The Madison County Sheriff’s Office said that they are investigating the death of an inmate early Thursday morning.

According to MCSO, inmate Jamarcus Frazier left his cell with all the other inmates for breakfast. However, right after receiving his food, Fraizer had a “sudden cardiac event” and collapsed.

Officers and nurses started life-saving measures, and HEMSI took over when they arrived. The sheriff’s office said that Frazier was taken to Huntsville Hospital and pronounced dead…
