Workers have been putting the finishing touches on the first of the buildings to be completed at the $375 million Front Row development.
2 Front Row along Clinton Avenue across from the Von Braun Center will welcome the first residents of The Residences at Front Row on July 1. Community Director Shannon Liverett said 313 of the development’s 545 apartment units will be in the building.
The rest of the units are in 1 Front Row, which Liverett expects to be delivered by spring or summer of next year…
