MADISON, Ala. (WHNT) – A hearing scheduled in the lawsuit against the Heritage Plantation Home Owners Association has been canceled after the judge initially assigned to the case recused himself.
According to court documents, Judge Donald Rizzardi recused himself from the case on Tuesday. The document states that his spouse works with the president of the community’s HOA.
