HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – A new Alabama law taking effect July 2 will allow food truck operators to use a single statewide health and fire inspection certification instead of scheduling duplicate inspections each time they move to a new city.
The law, signed in April, is designed to reduce the regulatory burden on food truck owners by replacing the current city-by-city inspection system with one certification recognized across the state.
