HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — Huntsville Utilities says it has closed part of the northbound lane of Madison Street for emergency repairs to a water line.
HU said water operations crews have shut down the outside northbound lane of the street between St. Clair Avenue and Rands Avenue.
