MOORESVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – An open field near in Mooresville near Interstate 65 is expected to become a mixed-use community with more than 3,500 homes as construction begins on Westmoore Landing.
Developers and Huntsville leaders held a groundbreaking ceremony Monday for the $2.2 billion project, which is planned to cover more than 400 acres west of historic Mooresville on Arrowhead Landing Road.
