HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — Huntsville Police say one person was taken to the hospital and another was detained after what authorities are calling a “cutting incident” near the University Drive Olive Garden.
HPD said the department received a call regarding the cutting around 9:45 p.m. in the area of the Economy Lodge on University Drive.
Advocate addresses enforcement, concerns ahead of new dog tethering law
The department said officers arrived to find the victim near the Olive Garden parking lot. HPD said the victim was taken to Huntsville Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
