There are plenty of events happening this weekend. Here’s a look at some of the activities going on across the Tennessee Valley!
Oktoberfest at Redstone Arsenal – The 29th annual Oktoberfest returns Sept. 25-27 at the MWR Activity Field, featuring German food, live music, carnival rides and family activities. The festival is open to the public, with no special access required. Hours are Friday from 5-11 p.m., Saturday from noon-11 p.m. and Sunday from noon-6 p.m. Admission is $15 for general entry or $25 with unlimited carnival rides. Parking is free.
Rocket City Fall Fair – The Rocket City Fall Fair runs Sept. 24-27 at John Hunt Park, featuring carnival rides and games, fair food, a petting zoo, pumpkin painting, a straw-bale maze and live entertainment. Fireworks are planned Friday and Saturday nights…
