HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – Madison County is moving forward with plans to build its first county-operated animal shelter as leaders work to address growing demand for animal care.
County commissioners approved an agreement Wednesday with Studio 2H Design LLC, an architectural firm that will help determine where the facility should be built and guide the design process.
