Decatur Middle School students returned to in-person classes ahead of schedule, after the building suffered severe water damage from ruptured coils and a burst pipe. Maintenance crews have put in extra time drying out, cleaning up, replacing damaged furniture and equipment at the school since the incidents occurred last week during the winter weather event.
