A man is in the Lawrence County Jail after authorities say he cut a hole into a fence around it in order to bring drugs inside. Kirk Davis Muckenfuss, 43, of Somerville, faces charges of promoting prison contraband, drug trafficking, criminal mischief, criminal trespass, burglary, possession of burglary tools, and attempting to elude police, according to court documents.
