MORGAN CO., Ala. (WAFF) – A man was arrested after acting erratically in a vehicle while in the parking lot of the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office substation on Tuesday. Deputies noticed a vehicle in the parking lot of the substation in Hartselle where the driver was acting erratically. The sheriff’s office said deputies walked over to the vehicle to see if the driver needed assistance and found 48-year-old Benjamin Allen Hopper.
