The Decatur Police Department is investigating after a pedestrian was hit and killed early Friday. Ralio Guarcas Domingo, 28, was killed after being struck by a vehicle about 12:41 a.m. near Alabama 20 and Linde Lane, according to the Decatur Police Department. Police said foul play is not suspected.
