Mayor Tab Bowling left the work session before public comments for a third week in a row, and councilman Hunter Pepper received a lot of heat from residents about how he handles himself on social media. Pepper has been vocal about how he supports the former Decatur police officers who were involved in the deadly shooting of Steve Perkins.
