OWENS CROSS ROADS, Ala. – A group of concerned citizens representing the Owens Cross Roads, Big Cove, and Hampton Cove areas says their post office is overwhelmed with the number of packages it receives on a regular basis. They are calling on their Huntsville city representatives and Congressman Dale Strong to support an expansion of the local post office.
