Scattered showers and storms this weekend

Scattered showers and storms are once again set to return this weekend. While there could be a few showers or isolated storms around in the morning, the coverage is expected to increase during the peak heating hours of the day.

Storm impacts will range from heavy rain that could lead to ponding or localized flooding, strong wind gusts, small hail and frequent lightning.

Temperatures will be in the low to mid-80s over the weekend but it will feel a bit warmer when you factor in high humidity.
