Ryan Williams’ Unexpected Message on His Eye-Black is Going Viral in Alabama-Georgia

College football fans all had their eyes on the meeting between the No. 2 Georgia Bulldogs and the No. 4 Alabama Crimson Tide on Saturday, but the game between SEC powers certainly hasn’t played out as many expected.

The oddsmakers had Georgia favored by less than a point heading into the game but were quickly proven to be mistaken. Alabama went up 21-0 in the first quarter and haven’t looked back.

While the beatdown is a massive story, fans also have been deeply perplexed and intrigued by the message that Alabama’s freshman receiver Ryan Williams has on his eye-black. While it may have been relatively unnoticed throughout the game, a close-up of Williams towards the end of the third quarter revealed that he has the phrase “kill everybody” written on his eye-black.

As one could imagine, the intense message has drawn mixed reviews on social media.

“His talent is incredible, but Ryan Williams’ choice of eye black message is…very very odd. Cameras showed it for almost a full minute and they never acknowledged it,” wrote one fan.
