DPD: Two taken to hospital after wreck involving 4-wheeler near Decatur

DECATUR, Ala. (WHNT) — The Decatur Police Department (DPD) says two people including a juvenile were taken to the hospital Friday after a wreck involving a four-wheeler on Modaus Road.

The department said the wreck happened in the 3300 block of Modaus Road and involved a pickup truck and a four-wheeler. The wreck happened at around 6:45 p.m.

According to authorities, one adult and a juvenile, who were both riding the four-wheeler, were transported to the hospital to receive treatment.

DPD said Decatur Morgan EMS and Mud Tavern Volunteer Fire Department also responded to the wreck.
