DECATUR, Ala. (WAFF) – A woman was arrested on Tuesday in connection to a leaving the scene of an accident wreck earlier this month in Decatur. The accident happened on December 13 in the 800 block of 6th Ave NE. Police said the vehicle involved in the wreck had been stolen prior to the incident.
