ATHENS, Ala. (WHNT) — The city of Athens says a portion of Washington Street in Athens is closed due to a downed power pole.
In a post on social media , the city said a portion of Washington Street near the Athens City Cementary is closed as of 6:23 p.m. due to a utility pole down on the roadway.
