LIMESTONE CO., Ala. (WAFF) – A Morgan County man convicted of murder was sentenced Thursday for causing a crash that killed a 19-year-old in 2019.
In February 2025, Reaford Williams was found guilty of murder for the head-on collision that killed Troy Howard in 2019.
