HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — Local restaurant Rhythm on Monroe provided a special Mother’s Day brunch on Sunday, offering families a chance to treat mom to a day off from cooking while enjoying specialty menu items and live entertainment.
The restaurant, located at the Von Braun Center, was filled throughout the day as families celebrated between various events taking place at the center, including performances of Les Misérables, A Wrinkle in Time and a “Breaking Benjamin” concert.
“Mother’s Day, traditionally, is one of the more popular days in dining out and restaurants because it gives mom a break,” said Stephen Ryberg, general manager of Rhythm on Monroe. “We love to have everybody come out and do that.”…
