Hazy skies Sunday | Temps close to 90° for the week ahead

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – Good Sunday morning. Fair skies are overhead to kick off the day, morning temperatures are a bit warmer in the upper 50s to middle 60s.

Today brings some early cloud cover through roughly lunchtime and high temperatures warm up quickly into the lower 80s. It will feel more humid today thanks to the southwest wind ushering in a bit more humidity. Smoke from the Canadian wildfires should again give the sky a bit more of a hazy appearance through the afternoon. There is a very small chance of seeing an isolated thunderstorm or two popping up over Middle Tennessee later this evening.

Skies stay clear overnight and Monday morning lows temps only cool into the lower 60s. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are all very similar days under mostly sunny skies… finally a dry stretch of weather. High temperatures are trending hotter to start off the month of June as temps are in the middle to upper 80s for the early part of the week…
