MARSHALL COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) — The Marshall County District Attorney’s Office says a man was convicted on two child exploitation charges.
The DA’s office said after a two-day trial, Mario Antonio Rocha-Placensia was convicted of traveling to meet someone he believed to be a child for an illegal sex act and electronic solicitation of someone he believed to be a child.
Rocha-Placensia was arrested along with four other men on Feb. 24, 2024, during an undercover sting operation in Albertville.
