New Lewter District office building hits construction milestone

A new office building downtown will be the flagship property for the new Lewter District mixed-use neighborhood, and construction reached a significant milestone recently with its “topping out ceremony.”

This traditional construction milestone takes place as the final beam—signed by members of the project team—is hoisted onto the building to signify that the structure has reached its maximum height.
