Greenbrier Preserve LLC breaks ground on new housing development

LIMESTONE COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) – Greenbrier Preserve LLC announced today that construction has begun on Greenbrier Preserve, a new housing development in West Huntsville.

The development, which is being overseen by Jeff Enfinger and Olly Orton, will be located off the interstate between Greenbrier and Mooresville. The area will span 400 acres, and will be surrounded by the Wheeler National Wildlife Refuge.

New bridge to open in DeKalb County next week

Greenbrier Preserve LLC said the development will offer many types of homes, ranging in price from the $300s to the $900s, with floor plans ranging from 1,200 to 4,000 square feet. These homes will be built by D.R. Horton.
