Grieving mother breaks silence after infant daughter dies

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — Madison Posey, a grieving mother, is now speaking out after her four-month-old daughter died almost one month ago.

In an emotional interview, Posey and her family told News 19 they believe this tragedy could have been prevented.

Posey gave birth in February to twin girls, but the Madison County Department of Human Resources placed the twins with their father, Victavious Dennis, after she tested positive for CBD at the hospital.

Posey said her doctor recommended the CBD to help her gain weight during pregnancy, and both twins tested negative for any drugs or CBD at birth…
