HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — The U.S. Space and Rocket Center is launching “Mission: Cosmic Campout,” a unique overnight sleepover experience designed exclusively for stuffed animals.
The cosmic adventure, scheduled for July 28-29, offers plush companions an out-of-this-world overnight stay at the premier space education facility. For $8, participating stuffed animals will embark on what organizers call “the cutest and most cosmic sleepover ever.”
Drop-off takes place July 28 from 4:30-6:30 p.m. at Space Works: A Makers Lab near the Main Museum entrance. Stuffed animal “campers” must measure 6-24 inches tall to participate in planned activities…
