Abingdon, Virginia-based Food City debuted a new 56,000-square-foot store July 9 at 10210 Memorial Pkwy. NE in Huntsville, Alabama.
This is the fourth of six locations planned for the Huntsville market. The third location opened June 4 on Governors Drive.
“Our first three Huntsville locations have been very well received, and we’re excited to open our fourth store on Memorial Parkway to better serve the residents of Huntsville and Madison County,” said Steven C. Smith, Food City president and CEO.
The location includes an in-store bakery and deli, complete with a hot food bar, large café seating area and fireplace, Asian wok, fresh food bar offering a variety of soup, salad and fruit selections, hickory wood smoker, pizza oven, fresh sushi and a wine tasting station and seating area…
