BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — The owner of Alabama’s three sole Del Taco locations has filed for bankruptcy.
Matador Restaurant Group, LLC, which owns 22 Del Taco locations across the Southeast, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy earlier this week, Restaurant Business reported Wednesday. The company, which is owned by Red Door Brands, runs Del Taco locations in Opelika, Phenix City and Huntsville, Alabama.
