HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – A Huntsville police officer was charged with willful torture/abuse of a child following an investigation, according to the Madison County Sheriff’s Office.
Officer Chadwick Campbell turned himself in Thursday morning on a warrant issued by the Madison County Sheriff’s Office.
