ARAB, Ala. (WHNT) — A 22-year-old man accused of strangling someone has been arrested on a domestic violence charge.
Arab Police said officers were dispatched to domestic disturbance at a home in the 1300 block of Brashiers Chapel Road on Sunday around 12:48 p.m.
