HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – Huntsville Utilities announced on Monday that customers can expect temporary account service impacts this week as the company plans to launch a new web portal and mobile app on August 11.
Between now and August 11, customers may experience limited access to account services such as phone payments, the current web portal, and self-service kiosks.
Customers can still make payments by cash or check at the Huntsville Utilities main office (112 Spragins St.) and the drive-thru payment center (1100 Pulaski Pike)…
